Grout injection lances are special injection packers, especially used for soil stabilization, filling voids underground.
Professional Grout Injection Lances Manufacturer in China
Ram injection lances are specialized geotechnical tools. Generally, we used them to deliver grouting materials, such as polyurethane grouts, acrylate resins, and polymer soil injection resins, directly into underground soil layers. Through controlled grout injection, these lances help stabilize weak soils, seal water seepage paths, fill underground voids, and improve overall ground strength, ensuring long-term structural stability.
A typical injection lance consists of a high-strength steel tube, separated tip, button head nipple, and connector, forming a reliable system for efficient grout delivery. The button head nipple allows quick connection with button head couplers, ensuring a secure seal during high-pressure grouting operations.
To meet different geotechnical and ground improvement requirements, we can customize various specifications. Common diameters include 13 mm, 18 mm, and 21.3 mm, with standard lengths of 500 mm and 1000 mm. The steel tube can also be manufactured with perforated injection holes, enabling precise grout dispersion based on project conditions.
These lances are widely used in soil consolidation, void filling, ground improvement, seepage control, and infrastructure foundation stabilization across civil engineering and construction projects.

Grout Injection Lances Application:
Injection lances play a critical role in geotechnical engineering and infrastructure projects where grout must be injected into soil layers rather than structural cracks.
- Soil Stabilization and Ground Improvement- the lances can strengthen Loose, sandy, or weak soils, improving soil Shear strength, density, and load-bearing capacity.
- Foundation Reinforcement- They can Strengthen soil beneath existing structures, helping stabilize settling or aging foundations.
- Void Filling-Allow grouting materials to reach underground cavities or weak zones, effectively filling voids and preventing ground collapse.
- Settlement Repair-Restore support and correct settlement problems.
- Infrastructure Ground Improvement-Reinforce soil in roads, railways, embankments, and bridge approaches, improving long-term ground stability.
Grout Injection Lances Benefits
Ram injection lances offer several important advantages in ground improvement projects.
Precise Grout Placement
Deliver grouting materials directly to the required depth and location within the soil.
Minimal Surface Disturbance
Because the injection process requires only small boreholes, which can cause minimal disruption to surrounding structures.
Efficient Soil Improvement
The injection process strengthens soil quickly and effectively without large-scale excavation.
Flexible Design
We can customize different diameters, lengths, and perforation patterns, allowing them to be adapted to various soil conditions and project requirements.

How Grout Injection Lances Work
When you make the grouting process in the project, there are a few simple procedures you should follow:
First, engineers drill boreholes to the required depth within the soil layer that requires treatment.
Next, insert the ram injection lance into the borehole and connect it to a grout pump. The grout pump delivers grout material through the lance under controlled pressure.
Third, the grouting materials exit through the injection tip or perforated holes along the lance and spread through the surrounding soil. As the grout permeates the soil structure, it fills voids and binds soil particles together.
Fourth, remove the lances once the grout cures; it forms a solid mass that improves the mechanical properties of the ground and enhances overall stability.

FAQS
we are happy to hear from you and will reply to you with our product solutions.
Q1. What makes ram injection lances different from traditional injection packers?
Workes drive ram injection lances directly into the ground without extensive pre-drilling, allowing grout to be delivered at depth, whereas traditional packers are mainly used in pre-drilled holes in concrete.
Q2. How deep can ram chemical injection lances be used in real projects?
Depending on soil conditions and extension design, lances can be connected to reach several meters—and in some cases up to 10–15 meters—allowing targeted deep soil stabilization.
Q3. What soil conditions are most suitable for ram injection lances?
They perform best in loose, sandy, or permeable soils, where workers can easily drive the lance and grout can penetrate effectively through pore spaces.
Q4. What are the biggest limitations of ram injection lances?
They are less suitable for hard rock or very dense soils, where penetration is difficult and pre-drilling may still be required for effective injection.
Q5. Can ram injection lances be reused after injection?
Some types (e.g., solid pipe lances) can be reused if properly cleaned, while others (like sleeved or lost-tip systems) are designed as consumables depending on the application.
Q6. Why is there no grout leakage around the lance during injection?
Unlike drilled systems, ram lances create no annular gap during installation, which ensures controlled grout flow directly into the soil and prevents material loss.
