Aluminum Injection Packers Manufacturer in China

Normal type aluminum injection packers are the most popular and the most cost-effective packers worldwide. What is the normal type? The one with cone-head packers is made of 6061 aluminum. These types of packers can be customized to any length as per the client’s requirements. We can supply 200,000 pieces per day using a fully automatic production line. In China, these packers are commonly used by major construction groups such as CSCEC, CREC, China Communications Construction Company, Power Construction Corporation of China, and China Energy Engineering Corporation, etc.

To accommodate diverse project needs, we offer three main types of aluminum packers: removable-head packers, flat-head packers, and cone-head packers. Each type is engineered for precise, efficient injection and long-lasting performance, ensuring optimal results in crack sealing, waterproofing, and structural reinforcement applications.

These aluminum injection packers consist of rubber, a hex body, a bolt, and a grease nipple. Because of the easy process of aluminum, we can produce packers in custom lengths to suit your project requirements. Additionally, we offer a variety of rubber options, including single and double rubber seals, allowing customers to choose the configuration that best fits their needs.

Aluminum Injection Packers Advantage

Aluminum injection packers are widely used in concrete crack repair, underground and tunnel waterproofing, and grouting applications.

They are lightweight, durable, and easy to install. Because of the natural corrosion resistance of aluminum allows these packers to perform well in wet environments such as basements, tunnels, dams, and underground structures.

We have stock for this kind of aluminum packers, so we can deliver your order within 5 days.

Some clients have questions if aluminum packers can be used to inject different grouting materials; definitely yes, you can inject PU for polyurethane foam injection, Epoxy Resin for epoxy injection, Acrylate for grout injection. If you need to inject cement slurry, we will make a little change to meet your requirements.

1.How do I choose the right aluminum injection packer size for my crack?

You can select the packer based on crack width, concrete thickness, and drilled hole diameter. Common sizes: 10 mm for narrow cracks, 13 mm for standard cracks, 16 mm for deep or high-pressure applications.

Yes, most aluminum packers can handle 5,000–10,000 PSI if installed properly with correct hole diameter and tightness.

Leakage often occurs due to insufficient tightening, oversized drilled holes, or dust/debris in the hole. Clean the hole and fully expand the rubber sleeve to prevent leaks

Typically 10–30 cm depending on crack width and depth. Closer spacing ensures complete crack filling, especially under high-pressure injection.
