In many buildings, water leakage is often caused by micro-cracks or hairline cracks in concrete structures. In these cases, using large-diameter aluminum injection packers or steel injection packers for injection grouting is not always ideal, as larger drilling holes may widen the crack and reduce the effectiveness of the repair.
To solve this problem, our factory developed small-diameter brass packers, specially designed for micro-crack and fine crack waterproof repair. With a diameter typically ranging from 6–10 mm, these packers allow contractors to drill smaller holes and perform more precise injection grouting without further damaging the structure.
Due to their compact size and small diameter, brass packers are highly effective for injection grouting in hairline cracks and narrow concrete fissures where larger packers cannot be installed. They enable polyurethane or epoxy grout to penetrate deep into the crack and seal the leakage path efficiently.
